It all stems from the experience of Dad Toribio, a tireless worker who chose to start our charcuterie factory in Perito (SA), in the heart of the Cilento and Vallo Diano National Park.

The company today is led by Giuseppe and Tommaso and fascinates new generations, who have already been won over by the gestures that lead to the creation of our cured meats.

Our salumificio is nestled in the Cilento, Vallo di Diano and Alburni National Park.
The healthy air of this area and its wonders urge us to preserve it. That is why we do not use herbicides, desiccants and chemical fertilizers.
